Not the foggiest.
I got bored after about an hour and I think the Daley Thompson game would have led to me destroying my keyboard if I'd carried on playing it for much longer.

The trick was to use the back of a pen or something like that, used to drive my parents potty.

I remember having a sore wrist from this game using a joy stick moving it rapidly from side to side giving way to ribald comments of "being masturbating to much and fooked your wrist then"....

I think Track and Field was the worst for it.
Playing against our kid usually ended up in a fight.

I remember a World Cup footie game on the C64.... best ever!
The ZX series were the ground breakers though. My mate had a ZX81 as I recall..... with a whole 1kb of memory, it was the cutting edge.

If I remember rightly, you climbed into it. The bit that I struggled on was killing the dragon, I bought the book to read and found out that someone else killed it for you!
Been looking through the games and they haven't got "Jet Pack" (I'm pretty sure that was the name). Was a good game. "Manic Minor", now that one pissed off the family, for its music!!
