open your sopcast[1].zip and look for sopcast.exe , click on that and sopcast should start to install

i think it's all gone wrong...  cos i've got this window that i just can't understand with loads of stuff on it all about Add, Extract to, Test ... like a Word window but with very different options... it definitely hasn't worked out like the link Gazza sent me! I fear this is going to beat me...

I had that same window with the download from here but if you use the link adam gave you http://www.sopcast.org/ download that version then open with winrar and click sopcast exe file it will install had to do this tonight definitely working

YIPPEEEEEE!!!! Think i'm there.... got the 'blue' window now with all the options... sadly not time to try it out now cos really must go and have some dinner. Thank you ALL so much for your help (especially my fellow gooner...cheers Adam!).

Well Suze and I was never going to work, she likes the greasy waiter type I'm more the weird, nerdy guy who's also into sports

Good times. Another bit of software that's handy sometimes is TVU. Sopcast and tvu are the only ones I use nowadays
In the software downloads section, it's working fine, the fsi mirror one for TVU player

Hahaha the pier that went up in flames a week or so ago? I live about 8 miles away from there. I hate the way they do the news down here, it's basically just opinions of random people
