He's still in jail. He hasn't been let out of prison as far as I know. The Cardy murder took place before he was caught for the later ones.

Glenman. I agree that he should never be let out. He seems guilty as fuck.

My point was that he murdered the wee girl before he had been convicted of anything so your point was a bit 'Daily Mail'. He wasn't let out of jail to do it again.

This is a rare case in the Northern Ireland judiciary system where judges have allowed a defendant's current/previous convictions to be made known to a jury.

I read it that he had been previously convicted on another one-my mistake.
