Some stuttering on the picture, r any browser's better than others,I used front row.
Also will it be better it b better if I download crome intsead of of internet explorer, why do we get no stuturing on horse racing.

Different browser streams work differently from one PC setup to the next and from one day to the next. Your download speed at busy times of the day may also affect which streams play smoothest for you.

Another couple of things that affect things is the quality of streamer, his/her upload speed at the time and, increasingly so, the capacity of the platform he/she is streaming on. It appears that many of them are reaching their capacity for popular events, hence the stuttering. It is in the platforms' commercial interest to get greater capacity and we will probably start noticing an improvement soon.
