Watching Football

Hi

How do I go about watching premiership football.
Any Help please

Downlaod sopcast here
Then go here click on the match you want choosing the sopcast link and thats it. You may have to tick the login box on sopcast and may have to wait for the player to load and then click the link again to get buffering. Practise now will check whats working.
EDIT; If you have sopcast installed try this link YES
If the link doesn't work you may have to manually put it in there, right click on this and then copy it into the address bar on sopcast. sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/6816

You can also just click on a link marked 'Browser' and it should play.
