what a keeper. Fergie must have kicked himself when he bought Edwin from Fulham, that he hadn't signed him three years earlier. One of the all time great goalies, what a career he has had.

Cant recall Kuszczak having a stinker of a game or making many fuck ups.And we certainly dont want to go through the crap we did when the big dane retired .

Sad to hear hes going to retire but what a bargain hes been and a great pro too. I seem to remember the last time we had a great keeper retiring at the end of the season we went on to win a treble, maybe its a good omen.
Whatever happens edwin has been a superb servant to the club and set a good example to the younger heads in the team. Hopefully we can get him in on a coaching capicity because he still has alot to offer.

I think Fergie will always regret not signing him the moment big Pete moved on. But he has been an absolute legend for United. He'll certainly go down as one of United's best keepers.
Can only remember him making one mistake, and that was earlier this season.

Think i read somewhere that he wont be taking a coaching role at United which is a shame . Casper Scmichael (sp) anyone lol ?
