I'm on the east coast of the US for now and trying to figure out the time zone used for games. Example:
Argentina v Paraguay FIFA World Cup 2010 Qualifiers
what is BST, CEST, EDT, AEST? How far in advance of US Eastern Standard Time (EST) is BST?? Sorry for the newbie question but I keep missing matches i want to see!! Can someone make sense of the time zones for me? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

It's 20:45, 8:45 pm on Saturday in the UK now. It's mid-afternoon with you in the US. It's probably easier for you to add a couple of hours to EDT, east coast, USA, time.

East coast of the States is EDT mate , so just refer to that in the times listings.EDT is always 5 hrs behind the UK apart from a week in the Spring where the States put the clocks forward a week early.
