Time differences across the world
The time difference between GMT and AEST is 11 hours when Australia is on daylight saving. At other times its 10 hours. Nothing like confusing the customer with wrong information is there?

Wozza, have a look at this posted a couple of weeks ago by Deadly. He's in Queensland, they're on AEST. NSW, Victoria and Tasmania are on AEDT.
