Email received recently and attached download. It looks real but you would expect PayPal to get their spelling right.

Interestingly enough, the code behind the 'Submit Form' button refers to a site http://southamptondrivingschool.co.uk/ (I've removed part of the full url mentioned in the code) . I don't know if they are passing on spam deliberately, inadvertently, if somebody within the company is up to no good, if it is a just a nuisance email or what.

If memory serves I used to get a Southampton IP when hiding behind a proxy. I think it was the university though.
