I would never engage in the spliff stuff. I smoke cigars. The cigars I have at the moment need hand rolling. Not as good as the cigars I got last week. Still the cigars put a smile on my face and make me feel chilled out. I believe cigars are legal in Holland. Some cigars are not legal here, especially the hand rolled ones.

Took the kiddywinks to Blackpool yesterday to see the lights, Jake just kept saying he was bored and wanted to go back to the hotel. It pissed down the whole day and night too so we never even got out of the car. Holly seemed to enjoy it like, she just stared out the back window for the 3 hours it took us to get from one end of the lights to the other, that's after she cried for the second half of the way there.

Went back into Blackpool before coming home today, it stayed mostly dry, we took them in the amusements, went on a monorail ride, a teacups ride, a train ride, had some dinner, got some rock, got some candy floss, went on the pier, went in more amusements but it was still a bad day according to Jake cos we never found any amusements that had bowling. I'm starting to think he's becoming spoilt?

Kids eh!

What did the wife and I bring back? We got a headache

Went to Blackpool 3 years ago for a week for the wifes 30th what an utter shit tip its become , nothing like i remember it as a kid . In July the pissin place was empty , mini poland lol went into a bar on the seafront ( thought the shit ridden sea would be a nice view) for some food i swear there was at least 7 people in there only to be told in broken english that there was an hours wait for food cos they were busy !!!! On a good note the haven place we stayed at was pretty good took the dogs as well and they didnt wreck the van haha . Mrs spent most of her birthday on the fair while i waited in the pub .Fkin rip off place that is too

It is a shithole like, it seems their local council are happy to rake the tourism money in from the lights but spend fuckall on the place as a whole. On our way back out of the place we drove through one of those really dodgy looking estates and saw a woman absolutely pissed up to fuck, staggering back into her house which didn't look fit for human habitation on the outside nevermind what it must have looked like inside, bork. This was at about 4pm.

They had started work on the sea defences when we first went about 5 years ago, they're still working on them now! Half of it is still a building site. Our council started working on ours in the spring this year, it's nearly finished and looks alright.

Which Haven place did you stay at? We stayed at Marton Mere about 5 years ago I think and we enjoyed it there. Haven can be a massive rip off if you let them be. We've stayed at a few of their sites over the years now so know how to keep the cost down
