streaming virgin needin help!!

Hello to all my fellow footie fans...
I have just signed in here, hoping to watch the midlands derby today. I have saved sopcast to my comp, but when i click on the links nothings happening..........

Please can you give me directions on what to try (in leymans terms please, it is sunday after all!!) as am at a complete loss

edit try double clicking link

try this:
click on the link then when sopcast opens click the big green arrow to load the stream. I've had a version that needed this extra step before

I've had times when I've had to right-click on the link >> copy link location and then paste it into the Sopcast title-bar.
