Lee Bowyer get's outed for 3 weeks for stomping but Huddlestones' stomp on Elmander gets nothing. I remember it and Huddlestones was a blatant stomp - the difference being that the referee said after the game that he saw it and didn't think much of it so he was in the clear where as the referee missed the Bowyer incident but said later that if he had of seen it he would have been red carded.... great system that bollocks

Its all about the press coverage Deadly, there are tons of examples of this-if they kick up a stink someone usually gets done.

Agree on both counts.

He´s also Lee Bowyer. Players like him and Barton are definately scrutinised by the tabloids. A guy is entitled to a clean slate, whatever he has done on or off the field in his past.
