Sopcast on 2nd computer

Hi working great on main computer but not having much luck on my laptop, its not downloading only openning up with my user name password etc, how do i get it to download please.

It may sound silly but have you got the auto login option ticked when it first starts up.
Have you got a different operating system on your laptop, vista? It may be blocking the application from accessing the net.

I type in sopcast the home page comes up, I sign in it stays on home page plus I am logged on, I havent l-downloaded because there r no icons. I am using Xp
