[SOLVED] Unable to use any smilies etc.

I'm unable to use any of the smilies and altho Grasshopper has tried to help earlier on in another thread (thank u Grasshopper) it didn't work. His advice was to click on the Quote button. But I've also found that I can't use ANY of the facilities that are available when writing a message. The only thing that works is the "more" button underneath the smilies to the right of the text box. The Post icons seem to work.

go to your usercp sue and click options in the left menu, at the bottom of the page, in misc options you should see: Message Editor Interface

make sure thats on the enhanced editor..??

I've done as u said Scudd but nothing I also don't get a response when I click on the reply icon in the bottom right of the Post that I'm wanting to respond to. I'm using Firefox and it was updated recently - I don't know if that's the problem.

try clearing your cache sue, that should fix one or two things.. as for the smileys if they dont start working after that I'll go take a look at your account settings!

When you click reply does it let you write in the reply box at the bottom-Its only when I click "quote" that it opens a new page! I'm on IE so maybe different?

click post reply its left above this post it will open a new window
