virus and malware

When logging onto site i get virus message from AVG:

Have put them into vault and deleted then from registry.


Virus identified Worm/Delf.AYJ - C:\WINDOWS\Rich.dll
and
Trojan horse PSW.Agent.FRD - C:\WINDOWS\system3\winsys_070301.dll

Without even checking out the threats, I can tell you that logging on to this site will give you no viruses whatsoever. However, some programs do suggest they may contain ones....PCast being a prime example for this. If a program does, we do prewarn you.

i have AVG, and don't remember having gotten a virus warning about this site.

:eek: Over the past two days I have uninstalled Norton anti virus(end of preloaded subscription on my compy)and returned back to AVG Anti virus and anti spyware and can honestly say that I have never had a warning with both programmes in fact my compy is running faster and better since installing said software,I reckon you have a bug in your AVG and a complete uninstall and reinstall with a fresh download from AVG might cure this fault.......:drink:

Ive used every Anti Spyware & Anti Virus there is going over the past 2 Years and never had any issues with this site.

Thanks for ur help. My mistake - it was an application tv ants not "the Site". May have sorted out the problem but still getting trojan horse warnings with AVG since using tvants a couple of days ago. Did some reading and slowly digesting. Still get trojan horses with AVG.

I just got one pop up via the FSI Player using TVAnts. On ESPN2 link.

TVAnts is useless these days. All I seem to get is some piped music and cartoon pigs waving at me. Oh and viruses galore.
