Uploading files

I've tried to upload a wmv file (5.67 MB) The maximum allowed is 9.54 MB but I get a message saying "exceeds your quota by 5.59 MB" How?? And the sum of all my attachments is 0. Any help would be appreciated.

I think we may be having problems with uploading to the site.

Can you not upload it to youtube? Im trying to upload a vid now to test it and i dont seem to be getting very far
