Umm Who is your IS provider and what browser do you use. I am Orange and Opera, but it dont work on IE either?

it's not a isp, or browser problem. it's the sheer numbers trying to log on sopcast at the same time.

Eventually it will connect. I usually uncheck the "allow only one instance of sopcast" and open up about eight and just keep clicking play every time it says "cannot not access sopcast service".

Once you get a solid connection do NOT turn it off.

i use Opera and can get it no worries. it's as Sten said - everyone trying to get on at the same time...

Well I see what you are saying but I have also tried to connect outside game times and I get the same response. Where do you uncheck the allow only one instance button please?

If it is a persistent problem (today I had no issue at all connecting) check firewall settings and all that. And maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling with the latest version.

The only day I had real trouble connected was for the Barcelona and Real Madrid semi-final.
