I know that this isn't 'Site News' but I didn't know where else to post it.
Self-styled internet Robin Hoods are using broadband technology to allow fans to watch games online via hijacked streams from broadcasters such as Sky Sports. The pirates then distribute these streams free across the internet. Fans are using the hijacked feeds to avoid broadcaster subscriptions of between £50 and £100 per month.
We at FSi, AKA:
Robin Hood
Little John
Friar Tuck
Alan Á Dale
Maid Marion
hate the Robin Hood reference. It is lazy journalism.
We all do this for different reasons. As Roy Walker said, 'Say what you see'.
