To reply to a previous post click "reply". To quote someone click "quote". These options are shown as little grey images in the bottom right hand corner of other people's posts.

Then use the text box at the bottom/new page that comes up to type your reply....Have a practice here.

sopcast and tvu are the best two the download link is at the top of this page [software downloads]

Read your welcome message which is here (http://www.fsicrew.info/forums/read-me-first-t2453.html). It will explain the basics, and a little bit more. You will need to download some software. Sopcast, TVU and TVants are musts. Some good guides are here (http://www.freewebs.com/friendsoffsi/sopcast.htm).
