View Full Version : posting some times will not submit !!!

This seems to happen off and on, I was doing a post in football chat pressed submit and got a google page saying "can not fine server", back and forwarded it a couple times with the same result, I closed Safari tried to reenter the site it just refused to open tried again late no problem odd really odd and frustrating

anybody any ideas of what's going on hear

Hell its just happened again / what is going on hear.

Do you regularly clear your cache? Could just be a build of junk in your temporary files folder, it happened to our lass the other night when she was trying to go on the banking. Once she'd done a clear out, evrything was fine.

I use CCleaner, it does a very thorough job. Sten told me about it. If you want it I'll find a link to it mate?

mfc1876 yep I mt the cashe often and mt the history too and use Clean My Mac and other tools, no I think it one of those crap thing that happen on mainly PC run things.

No stenelly its an Intel run thing no good for my box, besides there's a one called clean my mac which does the same thing. its not that.

nothing wrong at all with sky braodband,never has been in the 4-5 years ive had it as i said to someone in the last few days here

i think you will find its a mack problem of which i have no idea :dunno:

All I can suggest is that when I worked for Wanadoo (the old isp that was bought out by Orange) on the technical support helpline we could check people's router/internet settings for problems similar to this to make sure it was all set up properly.

What operating system do you use, tick this, untick that, put this i.p. address in here etc etc...
