I am new and quite often it says I ma not authorized to view this or something, can you 'fully' activate my account

Edit: If you just joined today, it might take a few hours until everything is sorted. Things should be OK for you later this evening or tomorrow morning.

Yes, But if a stream doesn't go up within 10 or so minutes of the match then i wont be able to stream it
