If yer got to see Mrs Reid's Chebbage every morning the license fee would be well worth it.
She tends to cover up when i'm watching though. It's as if she can see what i'm doing through my telly.

Goes hand in hand with breakfast a coffee and a tab as part of my staple diet.
Not literally, of course, that would be messy. ;)

Nice bit of BBC moral panic there. Being as the Premiership is just about the only industry not affected by the 'Global Financial Crisis' im sure it'll survive

They still don't get the fact that streamers, in general, don't have websites to close down. As we don't stream, we aren't illegal.
We provide links to streams that anybody could find with a lot of time and effort on Google and Google Translator. We have the experience to save us time doing this every day but that's mainly how we find fresh links and channels.
If we're illegal then Google is illegal.
BTW. Sion could have picked a better stream to show or tweaked the stream in VLC before showing them it.

They compared a live match to tv coverage motd, not the bbc's own crappy motd streaming service that looks even worse even with plenty time to encode it properly . :ridiculed:
Its apity the bbc have feck all else to report on . England is a fecking mess and the best they can come up with is someone watching a footy match on the internet .
Woopee fucking do , get a grip of reality , get the country in order , get immigraton in order , lower the price of beer, make smoking in pubs legal (apart from the ones serving food) , make old people have manners, make taxi drivers not be tossers, make kubla smaller, give us free prescriptions , make HD tv free cos we all deserve a good picture, make sky free , make the banks owe us money cos they fooked it up, give pensioners a good pension not the patry amount they get now, stop richard branson dreaming or virgins, let some other fooker win deal or no deal , ban sheep from wales, ban hagis from scotland, ban st patricks day from england, ban guiness, make lager 10p a pint , bring back national service, tell germany ockoberfest starts in fucking september , make snorting vodka through your eye a national event, then and only then you can report on football streaming on the internet . Oh and by the way , YOU WONT STOP IT YOU NOBJOCKEYS

Anyone noticed that these Net Result people are constantly trying to get noticed by the media? I don't know if this will be case here but I think this is usually how it works; they send out a press release to announce that they were "shutting down illegal pirate football sites" (Pirates, playing football. Ace! Arrrgh), that would have been read by the reporter who then contacts Mr Stroker to arrange the interview. Strange thing is though we'll end up with more people using the site this weekend thanks to that report. So, Mr Stroker, thanks.
Seems to me they are using the media to try and get more clients. Do you think they'll be aware that it's miles easier to watch matches now than a year ago when they were whoring their arses in the Daily Mail?
Also, good (well better than usual, when this matter is covered by the media) reporting to get the other side of the arguement from that dude using the site. Bet you any money he watched MOTD anyway!!!
Really good to see that the static page (http://www.footballstreaming.info/streams/todays-links/) held up at 3pm for them; especially with the mickey mousers playing. Shows those spooky admin sorts are making progress in making sure the links page holds up on match days.

do they not understand that by reporting on the issue of streaming they are actually bringing it to the attention of people that are not aware of streaming,
like last week i think it was someone posted on here saying thanks to a news report he is now aware of live footy and will be logging on at 3 o clock every week, these internet old bill really are dumb

Wooohoo we are famous :) Thanks for the free publicity auntie beeb...I for one PAY for skysports channels and I use fsi for when my kids are taking over my tv and also for 3pm KO. I put enough money in the pockets of the Premier League I occasionally go to see United but can't always afford it :( FSI is a godsend it's like the cyber robin hood :)
All net unresult were doing is justifying there own jobs , they can shut little amature sites down but they cant do the same to the big boys Talk about money going out of football ? how much is the F.A. paying these jokers for doing basically fuck all ?

Not sure if this counts but it's the only pirate football match I could find...... from Monty Python - the Bournemouth Gynaecologists vs. Watford Long John Silver Impersonators:

Starts about 1.50 mins in.
The first bit is a Rugby match - Derby Town Council XV vs. New Zealand All Blacks

Hey begbie, I always thought that all of the free football sites were illegal, but you say that this site is not illegal as it does not actually stream, it just gives links, is that not illegal?? I only ask, as I know another free football site, that is not allowed to show dutch football anymore for legal reasons, and they do not stream, just give the links, so Im slightly confused as to what is and what isn't illegal. Has FSI ever been contacted by the English FA about your site ???
Answer how can telling a mate about something be illegal ??

The Dutch based site you are referring to is free but carries a hell of a lot of ads (cha-ching, for the owners). FSi is different than the rest of the football link sites as it carries no ads (not even any google ads) but still charges nothing (rare). Indeed, it's just a community of football fans exchanging information. Everyone who contributes to the site does so for free. Any money donated is used to pay for the server to keep the site going. Nobody involved in FSi has ever made a penny from it. Never have and never will.
The moment you start to make money off streams, you shouldn't be suprised if you get in bother.
Its all bullshit, the "Oh hes not going to the game so that's going to fuck the Premier League up my arse", I live in fooking Australia, how the fuck am I going to watch a game played in England, I live 16,259 kilometers or 10,103 miles from Manchester, and I also pay for Fox Sports, $56 per month (25 quid), bit cheaper than S-Y, and I can access all the games.
What harm am I doing to the Premier League.?

We save people wasting time Googling or clicking random far eastern channels on their applications. It's against the law to stream. We don't. We don't encourage anyone to break the law in their country of origin.
Edit: We don't profit from providing links. A guy from Ch 67 stated that he could understand people making money from their matches but he couldn't "understand people who do it for nothing". I think that says more about him than us.
