did the site go down? i couldn't get on from about 12:55 up until now

had time out problems around lunchtime myself
sorry for those who had any problems we do our best to ensure as many people can access the site without any hitches but at times demand exceeds what we can handle comfortably
as i say i couldnt get on either so we are all in same boat
we as always are doing all we can to keep site running smoothly
