Cannot delete private message

Hi there,

My inbox tell me I have one private message. However, I cannot open or delete it. I can see it but it has no subject header.

How to I delete it ?

i have tried deleting 'all messages from inbox' but that has not worked.

i think it's an old message from ages ago and partially appears in the older section.

Rich are you sure that you've got a green tick in a box at the side of your message if not click it with the mouse
