Can anyone get PPmate to work? I've tried but not getting anywhere with it. It used to work fine when it was one of the best players, but no more.

I don't think it's ever worked for me but it works for Sharky. There's a guide to PPMate and UUSee here. UUSee works for me.

There are instructions on installing UUSee to avoid Chinese toolbars etc and get an English Sports channel list on that link too.

I've got the english tool bar on uusee but thats another player thats hit & miss foe me.

English toolbar? I'm confused. I'm talking about an English channel list when you click the button with 96 (I think) on it.

It worked very well for me at the end of last season/start of this season. Then all of a sudden I tried to use it and nothing happens. I was thinking they might be blocking UK IPs now.

UUsee has not worked for me this season at all. Was thinking of reinstalling it
but not been that stuck for streams yet.

I tested it earlier on and it was working for me. TBH, I've never had to use it as a backup but it would be handy if I was desperate to see an Italian match.

I was on about ppmate Dave. UUsee works fine for me.

PPmate does nothing at all. At weekend great stream on TVants & I dont useualy get mutch off that aswell

Dave. Sharks was saying that PPMate has died for him too.

A lot of players are rarely used and we're discussing dropping the links for them. People don't need/want to use them these days. It's the Youtube generation. They want to just switch on their PCs and see a match. No hassle or waiting involved.

Sopcast seem to have gone off to boil as late & veetles took its place. Top players don't seem to last that long anymore. But as one goes another seems to come on stream to take its place.

sopcasts been great for me, i haven't had any trouble with it at all
