pplive sports channels

hello,
does any 1 know where i can find the sports channels on pplive i have the latest version installed but its all in chinese the older version had a english channel list.. cheers

lads i personally wouldn't bother with pplive all you need is sopcast and tvu players and perhaps veetle. i almost always post browser links to most games also

i have to be fair pplive has been awesome for the ashes, flawless streams!

Agree with this but it fills your computer with crap because its chinese wasnt sure what to untick but slowly getting rid of it now, just be warned.

ah right i was afraid of this, i haven't had any little nastys pop up yet though, could you give me a list of where to find them if they do start do appear please, i don't really want to delete it as it has been incrediable for the cricket and i'm still not recieving sky (the thieving c****) so it's my only option for the 4th test

Not so much nasties but annoying things like if i right click on something i have the normal ie paste undo but then 3 lines of chinese that i know i dont want to press.Also all the extras it put on my desktop, some media player thing (technical i know) which every time i download media tries to open in it even though i deleted the program.Annoying boxes popping up in corner with a picture usually of a female and then chinese writing. Might just be me and the version i installed harmless crap really i hope. My fault for just doing the press next, next agian cant be arsed to look thing.

in the latest version i think its 2.225 where are the sports channels fsi links dont work for me!!!!!!

firstly i dont have the latest pplive installed and due to things outwith my control havent been able to keep up to date but if pplive has added a lot of "extras" may i sugest uninstalling the player and using ccleaner to get rid of any extras it leaves behind then re install it but this time untick all options that are ticked during instalation
that should install just the basic player ,you may need to asign a default player manually but apart fro that should not be too much of a hasstle

as always i would advise making a restore point or back up before deleting this so you can quickly and easily go back to pre uninstalling
i know one of the earlier versions had an annoying little extra but was easily blocked using your firewall settings
having said that all the other players are as far as i know still much more usufull than pplive just now

Thanks accie reckon will probably get rid of it teach me for doing a bloke thing and just clicking next all the time. Only installed it for the cricket, think got it under control now thanks, been cracking picture for that.Never had much luck with it bit like uusee player in past.
