Fed the baby, made Jake his brecky, had mine, had a cuppa tea, been out and done 2 truck tyres, come back and had another brew, went on comp for a bit, went in garden and cleared all dead shit up and all before 11:15!
I'm like superman today!

It's got a lot better of it's own accord for some reason. I remember before xmas I was beside myself in pain and felt like I couldn't carry on. After I had the whole constipation when I was on the painkillers thing it started to get better from there. I have no idea why? I've slowed things down a lot at work and I now try to sit up straight on the settee whenever I'm watching TV or on the comp, basically minding my posture but that's about it. Don't get me wrong, I still have pain there, but I can handle it.
Still get sharp pains etc if I've been sat too long or if I forget myself and start working too hard but then I just have to be careful to slow it down again.
That injection I had did nowt like, made no difference whatsoever but then again like I say it was starting to get easier anyway. I'm considering not having the operation now when they call me in for it. |
