If he is found guilty i dont think he will get sent down,probably a suspended sentence but i have got a wee feeling he will get off with it although i do think he was at the swingers club,dirty sod lol

Dont think there is any doubt he visited a swingers club , technically he is guilty of lying then ,so he is guilty of perjury ,id jail the lying cnut but then I dont like him lol ,think the sympathy act might save him only because its christmas hope im wrong lol

Well bazzer i was was wrong again but i think he will end up appealling it just to drag it out.I personally wanted him to win as anyone who stands up against the murdoch corporation will get my support,just look at poor old vince cable who said he was going to stand up to murdoch,they then take the brief off him for the media.Is this because murdochs paper the sun turned tory during the last election.

Yeah lying is just not the right thing to do it,just ask dougie mcdonald lol.You have to ask yourself how many people have lied in court and not been prosecuted.I agree with tommy that this whole thing has been a farce and how much has this cost the taxpayer in court costs,millions i imagiine.I did think that he may get a suspended sentence but coming round to your way of thinking that they may throw the book at him.
