New to FSI

I'm new to FSI and not that technically minded. I had difficulty accessing the Spurs game on Saturday and then experienced the same with the Man City Game.

But did have some joy with the Arsenal game for 5 mins. Plaese can some Help.

Ive down loaded the software. that FSI recommends.

Welcome to the site Kashaf...... make sure you have a good read through the forums.... you may have to tweak your system to get a good quality stream, particularly for TVAnts and Sopcast. There are a number of tips there which can make a big difference (XP Patch; TVAnts Proxy trick & using VLC Player with Sopcast Streams to name but 3). A good place to check on matchday is the Feedback Thread.... members will update as to which stream is working well for them.

Check out the problems section.... you may see a solution for your particular problem. Quite often it is down to familiarisation with the software etc..... I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.

what speed is your INTERNET connection
