Although I was never into the punk scene you can't deny the impact it had on, firstly british music then world music. Malcolm McClaren was at the forefront of that music revolution and for that i salute him.
..he brought hip hop and rap to the mainstream as well as punk. He personally couldn't sing for shit and self promotion and making money was his thing, he was good at it and never denied that was all he was out to do.
thought him and vivien westwood transformed fashion and music in the late seventies.
i wasnt a big punk fan but credit where credit is due.
