First of all your computer is probably freezing because it is full of shit,,
Go to your address bar and type in FILE HIPPO ,,now look for CCLEANER free download,,,download this cleaner and then run the cleaner,,,you will be amazed how much unwanted crap is stored on your computer ,,when you have cleaned the crap,,click on registry and run cleaner again.now your computer will run a lot faster.
Also Defrag your hard drive and clean your disc ,,, go to start, all programs,accessories, system tools,,disc defragmentation or disc clean up.
Now lets turn to your friendly internet provider who will take your money with a smile and tell you that you will get ""UP TO"" 20 megs download speed,,but deliberately forget to mention "up load speed" which is very important,, many of them are lying bastards and you will be lucky if you get 2,,3,,or 4 megs at peak times and your up load speed will be 0.35 if your lucky,, it's a good idea to download SPEEDTEST.NET and find out just what you are paying for. if your download speed is low ? that will cause your computer to freeze and you will have to wait for the picture to load.

One more foot note,,,once you get your picture up and running ,,shut down all other pages inc FSI home page,,skype, internet calls,facebook and any other junk. If your running a router make sure the world and his brother are not connected to it, also it is a good idea to unplug the modem for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
