Justin TV problem

I have tried to watch the cricket using this media,but it constantly buffers and therefore unwatchable,my Broadband speed is in excess of 2mb I have all the relevent Flash player and other things that are helpful to run streaming,No problems with watching any streaming player ie Sopcast,TVU,TVAnts,PPmate or the hundred and one players that are up for use,it's just this one,It's not only today but every time I have tried to get it up and running,could it be a codec prob if so can any one suggest a path to go down....

don't know exactly what your problem could be, try using IE if you're on a PC, Firefox on a Mac. Seems most problems are thru the browser used.

Obviously if you've got the latest flash player then that's the best you can do. It maybe the streamers connection is crap and causing all the buffering, but maybe someone here who knows a bit more about Justin.tv's ins and outs may have a better idea. Sorry I can't be much more help.

Thanks for that Stateside,I'm using IE,it's the fact that I get the same problem no matter what day or what time I try it the same thing happens I get a picture then it starts to buffer.Ive let it run for an hour hoping that it might settle,but no chance....

HI PEOPLE,CAN SOME ONE TEST THESE TWO LINKS PLEASE, http://www.justin.tv/chavstser? [all i get is web page cannot be found on all justin tv links,HTTP 400 BAD REQUEST].

BUT if i change the 3 wwws in address to the word translate i can view the channel http://translate.justin.tv/chavstser?, no setting etc have changed any where on cp,it's for links purposes incase something is on jtv some one wants,Every thing else works sopcast,tv ants etc [ps live darts now on second link], just like to know can people view both channels,

Both working for me fishworm, no problemo. Via IE btw.

Sorry fish breath but the links are working in their original form this end. Chavster is streaming the darts at the moment.

what browser are you using ? ,i know some imbedded players work better with IE
just back and not up to speed on justin and its little quirks yet best i can think of just now is try normal link with IE and see if it works
im sure the others have the soloution though

Thanks Sharky,Julioarca,did not want to post possible links for justin tv incase they were unviewable,GOOD WORK AS EVER TEAM, PS I USE I E,all worked normal till i went on a jtv link and found that out,no worries as long as both are viewable for others it's ok,thanks for help team

justin tv is not working for me at all but everything else is

is it all the justin links you are having problems with or just the lite versions ,if using FF try using IE or install the IE switcher for FF downloadhere and try again
if it was a certain stream you couldnt get to work during a game it may have been the stream a good idea is to look in the links/feedback thread and ask about it there

remeber a lot of the justin streams will only broadcast at match times
