Is there a way around this?
Ok all you techies out there, my brother stays in Vietnam and he uses Facebook to correspond with his friends and family. Now the government has decided to tell the ISP to block people using a number of sites including Facebook. Is there a way that he could get onto his facebook through his current ISP?

Start a political movement to overthrow the communist government. Risk of prison, torture and death aside it's the only way. |
