irql not less or equal
is this a problem with drivers? i get blue screen with this message and then computer closes down to protect itself then restarts with various starting options,safe mode with networking normal etc wtf?

It's a driver issue with your graphics card. Start in safe mode and then uninstall your old graphics drivers and then install the latest ones from the manufacturers website should fix it.
