iPhone streaming
I think this site is quality and i think this would make it way better...

Someway of streaming the matches to your iphone? Similar to the way youtube works on the phone. I know the SDK is currently out, so perhaps we should have a go at creating something?

Just a thought

Too early, you will need to wait until after june when the 2.0 software is released. Saying that, if yer phone is jailbroken then who knows how long...

I guess we will just have to wait...

Im already running 2.0 its a leaked beta version i think. Really easy to install and a lot better than the current 1.1.4

I hope the streaming will be possible.

To be honest i dont think it would be possible, first someone would need to compile WINE for the iphone, then you would also have codec problems as well to get over.

I cant see that happening but you never know.

I think it could be done, as the iphone and ipod touch can support live H.264 quicktime streams res up to 640x480 and 2mbps, so all someone needs to do is make a H.264 live stream and anyone, even with a non-jail broken iphone/ipod can view it, provided they have the bandwidth, they could do it on wi-fi, nae bother but i think EDGE is only about 200k so a 150k stream Max would be achievable. Just my thoughts

And the 3G version looks like it's just around the corner.
