now we know that HMRC FC have been streaming on their Huntv.tv (always wondered why they had 2 tv's) but i digress, they are streaming their (league flag being unfurled,(see am no bitter)) first game of the new season to folk in the UK.
Now this game is being broadcast live on SKY and on SKY Player - so why would SKY allow HMRC FC to stream this game - resulting in SKY loosing revenue?
I'd say that Sky are probably looking at the situation in a similar way to ESPN when they have an occasional free weekend, hoping it will give more punters the taste for watching football on the TV.
Edit: rangers.tv belongs to somebody else but not in use. I think they're trying to make a few quid by selling the domain name.
