Holloway is great value
Have a read: http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/posts/...gson-no-chance

If you take the time to read that (all of it) it's hard to argue with him. He's cut through the nonsense and given some insightful comments about the Liverpool saga.

Dalglish may not have intended to be an ominous shadow looming over Hodgson, but that's what he became. I agree with Holloway, when he says he would like Liverpool to once again be aforce in the game and a genuine contender for the league. I have said as much in another post.

Good for Holloway, he is a good analyst without being disrespectful. It's obvious he is thoroughly enjoying himself at the moment. Blackpool do have to guard against what happened to Hull though. Remember, that disastrous post Christmas run a couple of years ago?

I do not think that will happen. Holloway is wily and is fooling a lot of people. The wonderful act he presents of being an amiable buffoon and joker is just that. An act. I think he is shaping up to be an excellent manager, who just might, you never know, get a crack one day at managing a club with loftier ambitions.

He'll do for me.

sadly enough Glen,

United wouldnīt look twice at him, which is one of the effects of all the money in the game. His team does play nice football, however, I think they got Liverpool at the right time, after a hard cup match with 10 men. I watched the second half last night and Liverpools attitude has improved which bodes well.

But we all agree on Holloway. Someone said to me he is an attention seeker. I donīt see that. I think he is a genuine eccentric. His old team mates have been saying that he has always been like this. Heīs a breath of frsh air.
And yes, I will say that if they turn over United!!
