Help needed

Hoping this is a well known problem easily sorted for newbies like me, but I've downloaded sopcast, but can't open any streaming links, just get usual page cannot be displayed errors??

hi harvey
make sure you have cleared sopcast with your firewall ,then click on any of the sopcast links close to ko (some dont stream till just before matcxh starts) sop cast can take a few minutes to load straem at times
if you using the browser version os sopcast streams most need you to use Internet explorer as wont display in most other browsers

Another thing to try is right-clicking on a Sopcast link and pasting it into the address bar when Sopcast is open. Sopcast guide here.

Browser streams are usually just click and watch but often lower quality.

Try and right click on the sopcast link in the live streams page then select "Copy link location" Then in sopcast , where it says address, right click and paste in , then hit the blue arrow next to where you posted it into. If any trouble give us a shout, good luck.

Cheers for the info, I reinstalled it, and got it working, but no sound now! Have done all the obvious volume checks etc, any ideas?

Seems to be a general Sopcast problem with no sound today mate. No sound on my sop links either. Don't think it's a problem at your end. Just put it down to a 'today' glitch...
