Split up with the missus of 11 years. Thought I'd be devastated....not too bad. Quite enjoying single life. Sat here watching the arras (when she would have some crap filum on) with a burger under the grill. Drinking vimto though because I'm having a break from the booze, which is a bit crap but in a few weeks I'll get back to normal...taking a break because I was polishing off a bottle of vodka a day; which is not a good idea.

That vodka stuff is ruddy lethal dood , i had a 6 month break from ale but back on it now .Nowt major just a few at weekends as i recon i deserve a chill out after workin all week . Mrs T is still off the ale shes got a lil more willpower than me lol. Life a fucker full of ups and downs luckily were on an upward curve atm for however long it lasts . Single life can be good after a breakup as long as your strong and dont hit the ale lol

I don't look at the ale as a problem. It's that fucking vodka stuff. I'll never ever touch it again for the rest of my life. Fucks up yer life. Can't believe how much I was having. Dr put me on some happy pills and told me off. Seems to have worked. She (the ex) has just been 'round to collect more stuff, which wasn't nice but what doesn't kill you etc.

Far from it Begs. Joined a gym and lost about 2 stone since you saw me at Czechgate.
