I dont know all the particulars but looks like a club who will treat you well if you do well, and arent afraid to back a manager with money, doesnt appear to be a bad place to manager, like any job if you dont succeed you'll get sacked, thats just the way football is at the minute. Surprised they kept with grant for so long, shows a bit more loyalty than most boards would have shown. Paid for it though in the long run.
Dont get me wrong i dont like Brady, Gold or Sullivan, but they do back their managers in transfer market, and thats not a bad thing.
