I have also uninstalled and gone back to the previous version. However, I see it still hasn't got Sky sports which is a shame and for football streaming purposes pretty useless as it doesn't have any of the channels on that show football. Shame as it's a great picture and buffer free.

They tried calling it Sports Test but that only lasted a couple of days too.

They updated yet again to 1.9, updated vlc links below. Read elsewhere about the developer threatening with encryption so posting the links for vlc might not last long, so he thinks.

shame about this player it had great quality picture but it played merry hell with my pc , i got rid of it
