I'm playing on legendary against cpu with tactical defending and seems like with your last line of defence if you hold the jockey button, so they dont skin you and then if you get side by side hold the tackle button seems to work well. Plus i use my midfielders to have a couple of cheeky tackles too, but need to be careful cause if cpu outnumbers your defence its goal time
