Being honest we could have been 3 down in the first 15 minutes but we battled away in a terrific match which we did deserve at least a point.Set plays were our undoing for the early goals Sahas goal was outstanding cutting in from the right and unleashing a 25 yarder that no goalkeeper would have saved Fellainis goal again from a tight angle drilling in a superb leveller. We lost the game late on but i was well impressed with how we played today after conceeding them early goals Gosling as stated should have done better its just one of those things no need to panic just yet today i thought we were terrific after losing 5-0 on thursday to come back from that and put in a performance like today was top notch shame about the result though ...

West Ham today a game we need to pick up some points from. Our injury crisis has got worse with the news that Arteta and Jags have had setbacks which could see them not returning until the new year.We have some tough games coming up so its vital we dont slip further down the league with the team that is available to moysie at the moment.Problems are all over the park from a resuffled defence to midfield where we are lacking some creativity as shown against Benfica the other night our forwards apart from Saha are struggling but i still say judge us when we have a full squad as the bench these days is made up of a bunch of kids.At times we play ok we just need a bit of luck and some confidence to get us through this slump lets hope for a result against the hammers as we have some far tougher games coming up in the next few weeks..coybs

After a good result against the Hammers we have Man U this weekend hopefully we will have Phil Neville, Leon Osman and Steven Pienaar back to strengthen our squad and hopefully put in a performance against the champs..

No complaints after the 3-0 loss to Man U we cant beat utd in the league even with a full squad so the result was inevitable the Fletcher strike was a corker up until then we held firm but that goal changed the match. So its to Hull on wednesday a must win game me thinks as we are starting to drop down the league,Fellaini will be missing as he picked up a 5th yellow against utd then its the derby on the weekend Pienaar should be available for the game but Nev and Osman are not ready yet...

Can you get a win without Fellaini on the field?

Seems we cant deadly mate we were fucking clueless last night 3-0 down inside the first 30 minutes total shambles no disrespect to Hull but we should be beating teams like them easily. What worries me is we have no cover this is the team we have to play with until probably the new year. All our injured players seem to have setbacks its frustrating Nev being the latest,Rodwell came off last night with an injury i hope hes ok because he has been our best midfielder of late.If we cant beat the Hulls of this world then what of our next three fixtures LIVERPOOL,TOTTENHAM,and CHELSEA doesnt bare thinking about it we could be in a right old mess if we dont improve on last night.

..of course us reds will be backing you in the next three games. Certainly, injury wise, the derby next week will be an interesting affair. You seem to lift for this game but honestly i think you'll be up against it going on the Hull effort. What to do in a week to sure up that defence to stop a Liverpool first half attack?

They often do bad start, awesome finish. There have been a few years where they've hit form after Christmas and end up in the top 5. Not sure it'll happen this year though. A win against Hull will have moved them into about 8th i think, so its not all doom and gloom. If they, fingers crossed, beat Pool at the weekend they'll be back up in the top end.

Another loss in a derby game in which we played better than of late but had nil when it came to luck. For long periods we dominated the game the deflection off Yobo was unfortunate but we played well up until the killer second to get something out of this game.If we can play like this week in week out we will be fine but we are still in the shite after today.

we dominated the game nearly from start to finish, with yobo again making his usual mistake for the second after his unlucky deflection for the 1st,altho with better finishing and a great double save from reina we could have had 3 points easy-howard also made a decent save in the 4oth minute, next league game is spurs who we seem to draw or lose against having only won twice at home since 92,also our dutch defender wont play in that game, then away to chelsea which we will lose you would think, better performance but means nothing if we play as bad in the next game as we have been playing lately.

John aldridge on radio city give Liverpool's man of the match to Javier Mascherano for the 4th game in a row they said, everton's was given to pienaar,i actually went for a 1-1 draw or if there was a winner,i went for liverpool to win it 2-1 before the game started,i always remember yobo mostly for his mistake v charlton around 3 years ago when he was bending down tying his lace on the pen spot while a andy reid shot went right past him and tim howard

everton were outstanding v liverpool , apart from bad finishing and bit of bad luck , the 3 points should of gone to the toffees , we need to start putting our chances away , never sure if playing 4-4-1-1 is the right way to go forward , ithink it is when we have fully fit squad , but at moment with so many players out we are leaking goals galore and think 2 upfront is what we need , nice to see piennar back , to me he was last seasons player of year and has been missed , but osman should be back for the tottenham game or even aek athens on wednesday , we miss neville and jagielka the most , even v liverpool when there was the odd attack from liverpool we looked dodgy at back .., but everton outplayed the red noses and players are coming back and im sure we will be leaping up the table , and top 5 is a must ..

Great game and a nerve shredder at the end of a pulsating 2-2 draw which Howard saved our skins with a penalty save in injury time. After going two down early second half we fought back brilliantly Saha and Cahill getting us back in the game Saha could have got the winner with a overhead kick that was inches wide.Another injury concern this time Yobo but his replacement Coleman played a blinder he was every where and set up both goals. The game changed when moysie brought on the Yak and Saha and boy did it pay off but credit to spurs they are a good side who could get into that top four Defoe could have killed us off on a few occasions but a great point for us...

Well after the amazing shocking even 3-3 scoreline at the bridge shocking because we scored three goals there lol ,its back to europe tonight. We have already qualified so moysie is giving the youngsters a run out i still think we will win by 2 or 3 goals. On transfers Landon Donavon could join us on loan but do we need another striker and is he any good..
