Cuckoo
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest has just started on my TV.
I've just remembered about the first time it was shown in Belfast. Mid-70s, the town was a wreck, nothing happening in Belfast and people were queued around the block to watch it. Stiff Little Fingers stopped their bus beside the queue and shouted, 'The Indian kills him at the end!'.
For no adequately explained reason, I still find it funny.

Ha ha funny story! Although I have no idea who Stiff Little Fingers are. It's a great film too, will have to add it to my 'to watch' list on letmewatchthis.

Well, I'm not really a fan of 70's music in general. LOVE 50's, 60's, 80's and 90's but for me, the 70's just don't appeal... even though I was born in this decade.  |
