Aye man. You got to keep what you had, but no new ones. Personal avatars have gone as well. When the site gets stabilised, we can maybe get Admin to bring them back. I think that you can still probably put in a web address (www.......filename.gif) but I don't want to try it in case I lose what I've got.

Ask DeadlyWill. He's swapped the swimming woman (with the nice erse) for a wee boy getting chased by a chook.

they never had a swap like that on swap shop (70/80s kids programme for the more youthfull) could only happen here

I was trying to add a gif from my desktop but it is saying "has to be less than 1000 characters", the one I am trying to add is similar to loads I have seen on here?

depends what it is
can be done manually
or much easier is use one of the online editers/re sizers
like

there are a few others
google gif resizer or editor
