We do not have a email support system! Why would we need one of those when we have all the answers in the forums. There are always members online that will help if asked?? Its just a case of reading or asking in the right place.. Heres a few links for you!

Our email server does work, if you are not receiving our email you are probably using Hotmail, Yahoo, or AOL. If that is the case please look in your spam or junk email box, there is a good chance it will be in there.

TIP: If you are unable to see any links there could be a number of reasons;
1. You are not logged in.
2. You have an old page in your cache. To fix this, clear your cache!
3. There might not be any matches scheduled or the links might not be posted yet.

Problems with the software and downloads: Click here to view the problems and solutions other members have encountered with the software. There is a very good chance someone else would have encountered the same problem that you are experiencing and be able to offer a fix. If you cannot find anything please create a new thread and ask!

Error 404 or cannot find location problems: This means the software no longer exists at that location. As soon as a new version is released it will be made available. Viper TV Player is the biggest culprit for this. The best solution would be to download a different application. TVAnts, Sopcast, PPStream and PPMate are far better in many peoples opinion.
