Congratulate Man Utd here
Isn't it great that the everyday football fan, no matter where their loyalty lies, can at the end of the day cheer for Manchester United. I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for supporting United this weekend and in the coming weeks. Feel free to leave your appreciation below.

...you call yourself football fans yet you will not acknowledge championism when you see it and lets face it you see it every week united play. You saw it up close when we absolutely lathered Rangers over two legs - once at the home of champions OT and the other up there in Canada....we single handedly pretty much all but ended Middlesbrough in the top flight - and why? that's right - championship quality - we're dripping with it. We appreciate your ongoing support. Glory, Glory Man Utd...

I'm curious as to how Man Utd single handedly ended Middlesbrough in the top flight? I thought we pretty much got fucked off the other 18 teams in the Premier League too?!
It's fair to say Middlesbrough will never be as big as Man Utd, Manchester is a very large city and Middlesbrough is just a small town in Cleveland but I'm still proud of the fact we mixed it up there for so long and got to 3 domestic cup finals (winning 1 of them) and also getting to the UEFA cup final... not bad going at all for a small town club! Much better than that 'big club' up the road who play in black and white anyway...

There's a good article in The Times today about what makes non-premiership football so special in England after one of the journalists went to Wembley yesterday.
Arsene Wenger can go to hell with his B team idea.
We're Carlisle. We're never going to win the Premiership...but we're proud of who we are and I'd rather go to Brunton Park on a Tuesday evening when it's chucking it down than watch Moan United destroy a crap European/lower league Premiership team.
Rant over.

Hey Sharks didn't Ray Train play for Carlisle once? I worked with him at a garage of all places in 2004! He was still scouting for Boro too at the time.

This is the thread for showing your support for the most beloved Manchester United and i do thank you for your kind and very common comments. There is a useless poofs thread for Carlisle and their like - use the search function...
