Ive done that the odd time,and left it off fp on purpose [not for weeks & weeks tho-got bored of leaving them off fp-just do everything at same time as ever] but then they have been added to the front-ive always said dont add to the front page for that reason,unless say like man utd,liverpool etc are all playing at same time-sometimes F/P cannot be updated as it wont log in-example yesterday-latest links i added to the feedback part and sten had to update F/P at around 3.40ish as it would not work.

The static links page is one of our mainstays, it has no affect on the forum, if the forum is rammed it is/should be the main place to look next, it has hardly ever been affected by the forum going down.

The links & feedback thread is non-visible to people not signed in, this was done as when it was visible to all no-one bothered to add feedback or sign in. Begs and sharky who were the main linkfinders at the time were knocking their heads against a wall for nothing imo. Same situation as what we are talking about now, deja vu from last season but now it's the chatroom option that is imo being used not what it was intended for.

It's up to the linkfinders/mods to what they want to do, where they choose to update the links first etc. It's also up to the members to tell the mods/linkfinders what they want. This is the idea behind having an idea section !

From my point of view, I'd like to see the forums busy again too. If I have a link for my game (that isn't posted) I'll continue to post it in the Feedback thread. If get my link here, I'll post feedback on the best one (for me).

a few questions i need answering

sharky why the sudden interest in the fsi site again. it wasn't long ago you walked away leaving us in a mess, your reason was you wouldn't have said you would link find if you knew beggs was leaving?

why have you suddenly got all the time in the world for fsi,before you wasn't on for weeks?

is this sudden posting from you because you don't like the idea the site has carried on without you?

why do you find it ok to swear at people if there opinion doesn't tally with yours?

why do you think its ok to belittle people calling there ideas stupid?

i understand your Passion but it comes across as you are trying to dictate to people. i for one enjoy the banter in the chatroom. its a mini forum in itself as you said, but one or two good ideas, links and friendships have been made in there.

one point no one has stated about the chatroom is you can still watch the match and reply without affecting the stream you are watching.as said before on these forums mods went years not seeing a match because they was sorting out the feedback rooms.i for one want to watch the match. we work hard getting the links i want to reap the reward of seeing the stream.

I'm sorry if you don't like this post sharky but i have thought hard and long over this. everyone has a right to there opinion but if yours doesn't tally with mine I'm not about to swear at you, or call you stupid. in my humble opinion you were in the wrong for calling people for voicing there opinion.

is this why people wont post on this forum they might be swore at or called stupid?

Nope, I left for personal reasons. Things were at the point that the site was interfering with my work and personal life so I decided to reassess what was important. I thought I'd made this clear to you.

No, I love this site and was still checking it daily, and always will. I am trying to propose a way where when I (or anyone) looks and there is more than 10 new posts in 24 hours.

if you was in the chatroom more often, the person you called stupid, has had a lot of personal problems I'm not prepared to discuss here.
the last thing he needs is to be called stupid.
before you comment on things, be sure you are aware of all the circumstances known to others before you make a rash comment about them.
remember when i had to warn you in the chatroom a member had learning difficulties so lighten up on him?
