Good day for the Abion on the pitch, god knows whats going on off the pitch with these sexual asault claims. Hate that sort of media coverage and news.
Bad day for the Boro, suprised by that result mind you still in the right place.
Hoping we get a target man in the transfer window.

I think it's safe to say we'll still be a Championship club next season barring a miracle. I still think Mowbray's doing an excellent job with very limited resources but there's too many teams stronger than us I reckon for us to go up. We're not likely to go up automatically and I can't see us being strong enough to get through the play-offs, even if we ended the season in one of those positions.

I'm happy with that result for us tonight. We hit the bar and had one cleared off the line both in the last 5 minutes but overall I think a draw was a fair result.
Don't know why Mowbray doesn't play Martin more often, always looks a class act every time I've seen him play. Very comfortable on the ball and a good passer, not got a bad shot on him either and good at free kicks.
Anyway, I'd have taken a draw before kick off.

Leeds got beat 7-3 by Forest!!! Leeds had pulled it back to 3-3 too after being 3-1 down lol!
Birmingham and Reading also got beat comfortably too so other results went our way tonight.
I bet on Birmingham and Reading... why didn't I think of backing our nearest rivals before?!!!

I think Brighton will just fall short which to be honest which is fine, we are not ready for the prem. Some very different results tonight, great win for Forest and Pompey, unexpected.
I think that is a good point for Boro and I can't believe Saints are still proving the doubters wrong, including me.

No we're not Premiership material either, unless we went up and spent millions and millions in the summer!
Yes Adam we need to follow up tonight's result with a win at Bristol City at the weekend.

Ha tomorrow will see what could be the auto promotion decider between West Ham and Reading and it is the internet 3pm game,a Reading win would put them 4 points clear of 3rd placed west ham with 6 games to go,we also have the Brighton v Middlesbrough game tomorrow were i think Brighton might sneak the win.

You could be right there mate, Brighton are the home team and there form is a little better than ours. I would have thought Brighton would be favourites!

Massive game for both teams and hoping the home form serves us right but we aren't playing that well really if you know what I mean. I still think a draw though but we will see.

I'd take a draw in this one. I'd be much happier with a Boro win though.

Sounded an enetertaining game on the wireless and a desrved draw I reckon, although the seasiders have pushed you out today. They looked good but they always play attacking football.Poor old hammers at home again!

It's gotta be Southampton and Reading for the automatic spots. I didn't hear the match cos I was out with the family. Was it a fair result then? Like I said I would have taken the draw beforehand.
We haven't won in 6 games now, things got to change or we wont make the play offs

Yes I definitely think fair as both had chances. Saints will bounce back and Reading are looking so strong. Point away is a ggod result really, I think it home is where it will really matters going into the end games. Although saying that I really fancy 3 points at Upton Park as many teams do!
It's so tight now getting into the business end. Like I said I think our time is not yet but I will be happy if we get to go to Wembley, see you there.

Good win for Middlesbrough who have a slight chance to still get into play off's,they need to win away to watford next week, but also need cardiff to lose at crystal place as a draw for cardiff is good enough on GD,
at the top west ham need to win monday at leicester to take the 2nd auto place to the final day with 2 points in it,these are the final games
southampton v coventry
west ham v hull

Yeah get in there! That's a long trip back home for yas after we well and truly pissed all over your party ha ha ha
We probs still wont make the play offs but it makes our last match meaningful anyway. Saying that though Palace have only lost 4 home games all season so they could very well get a result against Cardiff, there home record is almost identical to our own.
Like Fish says though only a win for us and a loss for Cardiff will do. Surely we don't want 2 welsh clubs in our 'English' Premier League?!!!

Palace have only lost 4 home games but 2 [southampton and forest] of them have been from the last 3 games were as cardiff have won 3 off there last 4 games away and are unbeaten in 5 away games, saying that palace have won 3 of the last 5 home v cardiff,so you know what will happen-palace will win and boro will draw at best
