We should not be bullied inito giving in to his wage demands as he so injury prone,if he doesnt like whats on the table then we should tell him to get to fcuk and spend the dough on a decent striker,after all i think that is more important than buying another midfielder.Just my opinion.
Murphy has bags of talent but is just a bit lethargic. With a bit of effort he could have been a very good players, he's tall , good in the air and two-footed. Unfortunately goals like this one were few and far between. FSi Embedded Video - Visit Source
I wish him all the best. He came a few years late for Celtic. I'd have loved to have seen him at his peak in the early 90's with Larsson, Hartson and Sutton.
Still young, and from what I remember of Spartak from a couple of years ago, they are a decent attacking team. I'm pretty sure he'll fit right in there.
